One toolkit, endless possibilities
Egen, a technology services company, wanted to elevate its visual communication across their 700 employees. Their existing presentation resources lacked consistency and made it time-consuming to produce content efficiently.
Egen wanted a solution that was simple, effective, and compatible with both Google Slides and PowerPoint.
Our solution
We developed a comprehensive presentation toolkit that combined flexibility with brand consistency.
We conducted a thorough review of their existing presentations. This analysis allowed us to design layouts that were both visually impactful and practical for their diverse range of communication needs.
Our solution included a core template providing a solid foundation for all presentations, a design pack featuring 110+ custom slide layouts catering to various content types, and a collection of icons aligned with Egen’s key industries, solutions, and technology.
To ensure seamless adoption, we complemented the toolkit with instruction slides and training.
User-friendly presentation toolkit
We crafted a visually compelling and user-friendly toolkit. Building on Egen’s recent brand refresh, the toolkit features a modern aesthetic with technology-inspired patterns, symbols and a vibrant colour palette. The diverse range of slide layouts —from marketing to technical overviews—empower employees to create impactful presentations.
With a focus on user-friendliness, the toolkit was developed for both PowerPoint and Google Slides to provide a cohesive experience across platforms.
To simplify complex data, we included a range of data-driven and infographic-style slides. The toolkit comprises of essential slide types, including covers, agendas, dividers, diagrams, and charts, all designed to maintain brand consistency while enhancing clarity and impact.
Brand style icons
We leveraged the brand style icons from the recent brand refresh and selected icons to represent key industries, solutions, technology, and resource types. These icons were standardised and integrated into the toolkit to ensure consistent use of icons.
